María Fernanda (she/hers) performs her original poetry, delivers speeches, produces programming and presents historic research. Poetry is her way of sharing her own rich literary upbringing in DC. She shares beloved traditions of care through a literary means with her community and enjoys hearing her attendees ignite new ones. She enjoys crafting programs and special events to honor the public who raised her.
